Product Certification Procedure

The purpose of this procedure is to determine the methods and responsibilities for the certification process in order for the certification service to be provided in MNA Laboratories.

This procedure covers the implementation hereof in MNA Laboratories; receipt of all kinds of written and verbal applications; review of such applications; performance of assessment; revision; certification award; certification documentation; certified products; data base; supervision; changes affecting certification; finalization of certification; narrowing down its scope; suspension or recall; related records and assessment of complaints and objections.
